Find a public parking spot close to your assigned location and contact net control with the following information from your mobile radio and external antenna.
The signal strength you are receiving (S1 – S9) from the repeater and reception quality (1 – unreadable – 5 Full quieting).
After reporting this information step outside of your vehicle and tried contacting net control with your HT at 5 W and give control the signal strength and reception quality.
You can go to as many or as little destinations as you are willing. The net will last until 2 or 3 PM.
