Field Day 2017

June 24 Saturday/25 Sunday 2017

This years ARES Field Day will be held at a new location. Elks Lodge 150 S Clara Ave Deland 32720.

There will be a testing session starting at 9am. Field Day setup will begin at 10 AM. Field Day starts at 2 PM Saturday 24th till 2 PM Sunday 25th.

Location: Elks Lodge 150 S Clara Ave Deland, Fl 32720

Schedule: Setup begins at 11:00AM. Field Day runs from 19:00 UTC – 19:00 UTC.

10AM: Setup begins.

2PM: Field Day starts.

3PM: Testing session.

3PM: Powerpole workshop build a powerpole plug from scratch. We can replace your default plug or make a adapter  from the default plug to the ARRL recommended standard powerpole. Jame WX4TV will be providing the powerpoles free.

5PM: Food: Boy Scouts will be cooking Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast and Lunch. FEE for 1 meal will be $5 for the weekend $20.
